ABOUT ME

Hi! As I’m sure you already know, my name is Crystal Jimenez. I am a licensed hair stylist actively doing hair for the past 10 years. It all started with an interest in makeup. To this day, “work” is never boring, being able to transform and bring happiness to someone within such a short time is so satisfying and I don’t ever picture myself doing anything better. I'm so thankful to all the beautiful clients who have sat in my chair and supported my business. To those of you who have yet to visit me, I can’t wait to meet you!

POLICIES

DEPOSITS
A deposit is required for all new clients. It is non-refundable, with no exceptions but can be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled with a 48-hour notice. If you don’t cancel or reschedule with 48-hour notice, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

RESCHEDULING
To reschedule or cancel any appointments please allow 48 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

No show, no notice, will not be able to book with me in the future.

LATE POLICY
All appointments are subject to cancellation or an additional fee after the 15-minute grace period.
