Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: Does the deposit apply to my total?
A: Yes, deposit is applicable to service total.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The deposit is final, no refunds, no exceptions. Rescheduling is allowed once with 48-hour notice. If you do not allow 48 hr notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book.

Q: What if I can’t make it to my appointment?
A: Please allow 48hr notice to reschedule/cancel, if you cannot make it last minute, please be respectful and send a quick text. If you do not show up to your appointment, without any notice at all, you will not be allowed to book with me moving forward.

Q: Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
A: In efforts to keep a clean, calm, safe environment, no guests are allowed, only the person with an appointment.

Q: Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
A: Yes, always come in with clean, dry hair.

Q: What is hand-tied hair extensions?
A: In summary you get length and/or volume with no tape or glue involved. Minimal points of contact which means little to no damage. All wefts are custom colored making them seamless and undetectable. Can be worn with an active lifestyle, okay for swimming.

Q: How long do hand-tied hair extensions last?
A: Hand-tied hair extensions can be worn for 5-10 weeks, fine hair will likely need to come in between 4-6 weeks, depending on your hair growth and density. At that point, maintenance will be required, which involves removing the extensions and re-installing. The hair itself can be worn for 6-9 months with proper care and products.
